Every IVY OAK collection begins at the Berlin studio and in-house atelier. Design is shaped through an ongoing process - from the first sketch to the finished garment. Working closely across research, draping and in-house pattern development, an international team focuses on proportion, balance and fit. Each style is reviewed in detail before moving into production. The result is a clear, confident collection language, marked by ease and precision, where structure and movement feel naturally aligned. Grounded in the principles of classical tailoring, established techniques are refined and carried forward into modern silhouettes made for everyday life.

IVY OAK was founded by Caroline Gentz in 2016, guided by a strong belief in thoughtful design and long term value. With a background spanning fashion, business, and creative direction, she identified a need for clothing that balances modern aesthetics with lasting quality.

Her vision was to build a brand grounded in integrity across both design and production, where every decision is made with intention. Rather than following fast fashion cycles, Caroline chose to focus on clarity of form, strong silhouettes, and garments designed to remain relevant over time.
